Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand

  1. All orders are shipped with FASTWAY COURIERS –unless you are notified by email otherwise.
  2. Orders are generally delivered within 2 working days of being shipped, delays may apply to rural addresses. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of being shipped please contact us.
  3. Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel or we advise delivering to a work address where the parcel can be signed for.
  4. We are not able to post to PO BOX addresses please provide a non PO BOX address.
  5. All orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise notified by email.
  6. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
  7. Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next available working day.
  8. It is the customers responsibility to track the movement of your order but if for some reason you do have any problems please email us and we will assist you the best we can.

International Shipping

  1. We ship to currently ship worldwide, International orders will be shipped with New Zealand Post.
  2. We are not able to post to PO BOX addresses please provide a non PO BOX address.
  3. All orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order, if placed over a holiday or long weekend they will be shipped on the next working day.
  4. International orders can take up to 10 business days and can take longer if they are held up in customs.
  5. Orders to Australia are charged a flat rate of $30 NZD. This is a tracked courier service and should reach you within 3-5 working days (excluding customs delays if applicable).
  6. All other international orders (other than Australia) are charged a flat rate of $55 NZD. This is a tracking international economy courier service, sorry we are unfortunately unable to offer cheaper or discounted rates for international postage services from New Zealand.
  7. Our service includes international express courier and the cost of shipping materials (bags + packaging).
  8. It is the customers responsibility to track the movement of your order but if for some reason you do have any problems please email us and we will assist you the best we can.

Import Customs tax and duty fees are at the buyers expense. Please be aware of what your fees may be for your country.

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Neon Gypsy is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Neon Gypsy is unable to accept returns from customers who refuse to pay their duty and tax fees for their order.
