Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand

  1. All New Zealand orders are currently shipped with gosweetpot.com, the courier will be decided upon shipping but generally the couriers used are FASTWAYS, POST HASTE and NZ COURIERS.
  2. Orders are generally delivered within 2 working days of being shipped, delays may apply to rural addresses. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of being shipped please contact us.
  3. Rural addresses are charged an extra fee, this is reflective of the rural charges which are charged by the courier companies
  4. Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel or we advise delivering to a work address where the parcel can be signed for.
  5. We highly advise not instructing  the courier to leave your goods unattended for your safety.
  6. We are not able to post to PO BOX addresses please provide a non PO BOX address.
  7. Sometimes we may need to send your order in two deliveries, if this is the case we will update you. You will not be charged extra than the flat rate for shipping charged on your order.
  8. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, please check your junk or spam box for our emails.
  9. Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next available working day.
  10. It is the customers responsibility to track the movement of your order but if for some reason you do have any problems please email us and we will assist you the best we can.
  11. If items are returned to Neon Gypsy due to a failed attempted delivery Neon Gypsy will not be able to reimburse shipping costs. It is at the customers expense and the customer’s responsibility to follow any tracking updates on their parcel as provided via the tracking email.
  12. International orders are shipping with either Aramex.com or NZPOST.

International Shipping

  1. We ship to currently ship worldwide, International orders will be shipped with New Zealand Post.
  2. It it the customers responsibility to check our postage rates BEFORE placing an order, sorry we aren’t able to offer discounted international  postage rates at this stage.
  3. We are not able to post to PO BOX addresses please provide a non PO BOX address.
  4. All orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order, if placed over a holiday or long weekend they will be shipped on the next working day.
  5. International orders can take up to 10 business days and can take longer if they are held up in customs.
  6. Orders to Australia up to $249.99 are charged $20 NZD. This is a tracked courier service and should reach you within 3-10 working days (excluding customs delays if applicable). Or you can opt for the $30 NZD express courier service which should reach you within 2-6 working days (excluding customs delays if applicable).
  7. Orders to Australia over $250.00 are charged $30 NZD. This is an express courier service and should reach you within 2-6 working days (excluding customs delays if applicable).
  8. All other international orders (other than Australia) are charged a flat rate of $55 NZD. This is a tracking international economy courier service, sorry we are unfortunately unable to offer cheaper or discounted rates for international postage services from New Zealand.
  9. Our service includes international express courier and the cost of shipping materials (bags + packaging).

Import Customs tax and duty fees are at the buyers expense. Please be aware of what your fees may be for your country.

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Neon Gypsy is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Neon Gypsy is unable to accept returns from customers who refuse to pay their duty and tax fees for their order.
