NEON GYPSY now offer you our valued clients a fantastic rewards programme where you can earn 1 point for every $1NZD that you spend!

The loyalty rewards that you earn can be redeemed on all full priced purchases over $100, with only one $100 loyalty reward voucher redeemable per transaction.

Earning Points

One loyalty point is earn for every $1NZD that you spend online.
Once earned over 1000 loyalty points, you will be able to redeem one $100 NZD reward points, which can be redeemed next time you shop online with us.
When you have enough points to redeem $100 you will see a notice in the ‘Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ that says ‘Use 1,000 Reward Points for a $100.00 discount on this order! APPLY DISCOUNT. Click on ‘Apply Discount’ to redeem your Reward Points.
Orders not made directly via the website (e.g email, phone or in-store orders) can not be applied to your online account.
Discounted Items are not eligible to earn Reward Points, this includes Sale products or any items purchased with a discount/promo/credit code.
Customers with online NEON GYPSY store accounts are automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme.
A Customer cannot earn points if they are a guest, the points have to be awarded to an account so they must be a logged-in user.

Redeeming NEON GYPSY Rewards

Loyalty rewards can be redeemed on all full priced purchased over $100 made at NEON GYPSY online.
Only one $100 loyalty reward voucher is redeemable per transaction.
Rewards cannot be redeemed by any item already on sale or that has been discounted from the original RRP, or as a lay-by deposit.
Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or voucher .
Reward Points cannot be earned on Sale items.

How do I check my balance

Login to your online account and click on points in the left hand menu bar.
When you are at checkout you will be told if you have 1,000 Reward Points and if you are able to redeem your $100 discount.

Terms & Conditions

NEON GYPSY reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
NEON GYPSY loyalt reward vouchers can only be redeemed once.
If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
One rewards voucher per customer per transaction.
Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
The terms of NEON GYPSY Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of management.
Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account.
We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes.
We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason for doing so.
We will not provide any consideration for loyalty rewards you’ve earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination.

Cancelled orders will result in loyalty points being removed from your account.
Our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may be out of date and incorrect.
We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
As part of the NEON GYPSY Rewards programme you will receive signing emails from NEON GYPSY. You can opt out of these emails at any time.
