You may return any product, with the exception of swimwear, jewellery (unless it is faulty) and sale items, within 7 days of receipt.
We will process your exchange request within 3 working days.
Please note if a item is not suitable we will happily provide an exchange or online credit note, we however are not able to offer a full refund.
If an item is sold as faulty we will do our best under the consumers act to offer a solution in the way of a repair, replacement or a refund.
