How do I buy something?

All orders are processed with two business days of receiving them. Shipping within New Zealand should take no longer than five business days. International shipping can take up to 10 business days; this is not taking into account if the order is held up in customs.

Can I change my order after its processed?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after you’ve processed it. Although after you have received the order you can exchange an item if you are not 100% happy. You can read our “returns and exchanges” policy on the “terms and conditions” page.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order online using the tracking number. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped.

What methods of payments do we accept?

We accept PAYPAL payments. Please note you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do offer returns and exchanges but under certain and specific terms. You can read our “returns and exchanges” policy on the “terms and conditions” page.

How do you use a promo code or gift voucher?

To use a Promo Code or Gift Voucher you need to:
1. Finish your shopping cart and Checkout

Some of the items we stock are handmade, and because of this they come with quirky minor flaws or the natural materials may vary slightly.  Because of this, please take this into consideration when purchasing.  Please be aware that garment colour may look different to how it is photographed we try to give the most accurate examples.

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes as we are a small business and only carry limited numbers of stock.

If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered,we apologise and we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total via email.


All information collected by NEON GYPSY on our website will be used solely by us to conduct our business. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information as necessary.

How to return an item

  1. All online returns need to be submitted via the Online Returns Form within 7 day of receiving your order.
  2. Please CLICK HERE to fill out the Online Returns Form.
  3. Please include your Full Name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange.
  4. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your request within seven business days.
  5. Please note we are unable to accept online returns or exchanges to any of our physical boutiques, they must be returned via post after you have an email from us confirming your return.
