The best breakfast in Byron

Top Shop for their acai bowls and almond croissants! Leanne will agree with me (only) on the second part.

The best coffee

Sparrow Coffee! Get in early, bring your keep cup, order takeaway and take the short stroll to the beach to watch the sun rise.

MUST do thing while in Byron is…

Watch the sunset from the beach with a loved one. Such a simple thing, but sitting there with someone you love while watching the sky turn to all shades of pink and purple…nothing beats that.

Three local secret hot spots are…

Doma – the most amazing little Japanese restaurant/café up in the Byron Bay Hinterland. I’d recommend ordering the sweet potato tempura sushi roll.

Whites Beach – a beautiful little remote cove. Back a beach bag full of fruit and your favourite book.

Killen Falls – it feels like you’re stepping into a fairy-tale.

One thing you might want to bring on your trip to Byron is…

Sunscreen. The sun here is hot hot hot!

My fav thing about living in Byron is…

It’s home to me. I was born and raised here so all my roots, my family and my history is here.

Describe Byron in 3 words.

Full of freedom.

The best breakfast in Byron

Combi – best acai bowl in Australia, hands down. It’s the scoop of peanut butter that does it.  (Gabi doesn’t agree with this)

The best coffee

I like all Aussie coffee! English coffee just doesn’t compare. I would say Top Shop is the best place to watch the world go by.

MUST do thing while in Byron is…

Lighthouse walk!

local secret hot spots are…

– The back beaches like Whites, they are always deserted.

– Bangalow and it’s natural beauty

– Newyrbar – the shops there are so good!

One thing you might want to bring on your trip to Byron is…

A smile – everyone is so friendly!

My fav thing about living in Byron is…

The ridiculous natural beauty, creativity in the air and kind inspiring people who live a conscious life here.

Describe Byron in 3 words

Heaven on earth.
